The Eureka Maxxi 85 B is a high-performance, on-demand commercial espresso grinder developed for busy cafés, restaurants, hotels and specialty coffee bars. Combining powerful grinding performance with advanced electronic controls, it helps baristas maintain fast, accurate and consistent espresso preparation throughout the day.

Its extra-large 85 mm flat hardened-steel burrs produce uniform coffee grounds for consistent extraction. With an approximate grinding speed of 4.5 to 6.5 grams per second, the Maxxi 85 B is well suited to high-volume environments where speed and reliability are essential.

The grinder features Eureka’s patented stepless micrometric regulation system, giving baristas precise control over the grind setting. This makes it easier to fine-tune espresso recipes and adjust for different coffee beans, roast profiles and changing café conditions.

A capacitive touchscreen provides access to three programmable doses and continuous grinding mode. The grinder can be activated using the touchscreen, the portafilter microswitch or both, allowing the workflow to be adapted to each barista’s preferred operating style.
