Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery of Products

Mood Espresso provides shipping for all orders placed through its website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days for locations within city limits in the UAE.
  • For locations outside city limits but within the UAE, delivery may take 3 to 5 days.
  • Orders are shipped via First Flight Delivery Company.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below AED 150 will incur a shipping charge of AED 20.
  • Shipping charges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:

  • If the delivery location is non-serviceable, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed via credit card reversal.
  • If a customer chooses to cancel before pickup, they must contact our customer care team for confirmation.
  • If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, a shipping fee of AED 20 will be charged.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Mood Espresso’s customer care team via chat or email at cs@moodespresso.com.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer care via chat or email.
  2. Provide order details and images (if requested).
  3. Internal verification will be conducted.
  4. If eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products, wrong items shipped, or quantity mismatches.
  • The company will arrange return shipment pickup only for eligible cases.
  • For other return requests (such as a change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Policy

A refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Mismatch in quantity shipped

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 banking days.
  • The refund will be issued via credit card reversal.
