Mood Espresso - Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Mood Espresso provides shipping for orders placed through the website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Delivery Areas: Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days within the Dubai. In cases where the delivery location is outside city limits, delivery may take 4 to 5 business days to reach.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • A standard shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders below AED 150.
    • Orders above AED 150 qualify for free shipping within serviceable areas.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped through our partnered logistics providers.
  • If an order contains multiple products, Mood Espresso will make every effort to ship them together. However, due to stock availability or logistics constraints, items may be shipped separately.
  • Customers will be notified if their order is shipped in multiple parts.

3. Delivery Restrictions & Cancellations

  • Mood Espresso reserves the right to cancel orders if the delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners.
  • If an order is canceled due to an unserviceable location, any pre-paid amount will be refunded via credit card reversal, without any cancellation fee.

4. Return & Refund Policy for Damaged Goods

Customers are advised to check their package upon delivery and ensure there is no damage or tampering before accepting it.

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must inform Mood Espresso within 48 hours of delivery via:
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging, including all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories.
  • Mood Espresso arranges return pick-ups from the customer’s location.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed via credit card reversal to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • There are no exceptions all product categories are eligible for exchange if defective.

6. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

  • If a product is damaged upon arrival and is not usable, Mood Espresso will assist in claiming a replacement through the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
