Equipped with large 85 mm flat Pure Diamond burrs, the grinder provides fast and uniform grinding for consistent espresso extraction. Its advanced grinding system delivers approximately 7.5–11 grams per second, supporting efficient coffee preparation in demanding commercial environments.

The patented Automatic Portafilter Recognition System detects the inserted portafilter and automatically selects the correct programmed dose. This reduces manual input, helps minimize dosing errors and creates a smoother workflow for baristas.

The electronic grind-adjustment system allows precise changes directly through the touchscreen or adjustment knob. Eureka’s Extremely Low Retention System is designed to reduce retained coffee grounds, helping improve freshness and minimize coffee waste.
