Before we begin

Your private label questions, answered.

What is private label coffee?

Private label coffee is coffee supplied with your own branding. Your project brings together the coffee blend, product format, pack presentation and production requirements.

Which coffee products can I discuss?

We work with roasted beans, ground coffee, coffee capsules and drip coffee bags. Tell us your intended use so we can discuss the suitable format, packaging and compatibility.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and packaging specification. Share your expected quantities and we will confirm the applicable minimums in your proposal.

Can I choose my own blend and packaging?

Yes. Discuss your taste preferences, target customers and branding with our team. Coffee selection, artwork and packaging details are agreed before production.

Can I review samples before production?

Sampling and approval form part of the project discussion. Our team will confirm the available samples, any costs and the approval steps for your requirements.

How long does a private label project take?

Timing depends on coffee selection, artwork approval, packaging and production scheduling. We confirm the lead time for your agreed specification rather than promising one timeline for every project.
